COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS

If you have Covid, a cold or flu, or are simply feeling unwell, we will reschedule your session once you are feeling better. Please let me know as soon as possible

CANCELLATIONS

Unless it is an emergency situation, I request 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, including initial consultations.

Initial consultations are free. However, if you skip your appointment, I will ask for a minimal fee to schedule a new time. Payments for sessions, packages, and regular classes are non-refundable, but may be transferrable depending on the situation and schedule .

COMMUNICATION

It is best to communicate through email or text, unless we have a scheduled phone call.

A minimum 30% deposit is required for all services.  This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Whenever financial information is collected, it is stored through a 3rd party, such as Square or PayPal. It is never stored by Jeannie Vassos and/or The Middle Pillar.
