Why should you meditate during the Summer Solstice?

We live in a world where we are constantly on the go, we are wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of our lives, and we rarely give ourselves the chance to relax and release. With all of this stimulation, it is hard for our brains to keep up with all of this information, thus is stores the majority of the information in our subconscious, and this is where meditation comes in handy.

When we meditate properly, we are able to access our subconscious so that we can begin to clear out the thoughts and information that effects us and usually does not serve us in the highest good. By meditating on a regular basis, we are able to consistently clear out the useless information that is stored in our subconscious that is harming our capacity to make decisions.

This Summer Solstice meditation will be working to connect us in with the vitality and bright energy that is harnessed on the planet around the time of the Summer Solstice. As we move into summer, it is a great time to connect in with our desires and take the time to cultivate the will and drive that is needed to make our desires a reality! And if you’re just looking for a reason to relax, this meditating will be a great opportunity for you to relax and soak in the solar energy that will be harnessed at the event!
