With our ever busy and hectic lives we experience stress. Many times it will accumulate unknowingly, which can lead to larger health and wellness issues.
In this workshop you will learn to recognize what causes stress, how it can negatively affect your life, and how to manage and eliminate it.
By lessening and eliminating stress your whole being will benefit, both psychologically and physically. Reducing stress will strengthen your immune system, improve your health by decreasing cholesterol and lowering blood pressure. Less stress will allow you to have increased concentration and focus, and greatly lessen or eliminate depression and anxiety, therefore allowing for more time and energy, and ultimately more joy and freedom in your life.
