We offer a weekly meditation class for you to learn how to meditate, or enhance your personal practice. Each week will be different as we use a combination of meditation techniques, such as deep breathing, body relaxation, passive, active, balancing chakras, and guided meditation.
A clear sacred space is created for you to experience deep states of self-healing, relaxation, and revitalization. No experience is needed.
