Want to experience an all-encompassing meditation system that relaxes your mind, body, and emotions all while connecting deeper with your spirit?

In the MAX Meditation System™ we will be going through:
1. How to relax the body
2. How to clear the mind (conscious & unconscious) of thoughts
3. Focusing the mind
4. A guided meditation
5. A slow and gentle soothing down to gently bring you back into your body!

You’ll come out feeling clean & clear, ready for the day!
After this meditation, you can expect to have reduced anxiety and depression, an increased sense of peace and happiness, clarity of thought, and more!

Please bring what you need to be comfortable – bring a sweater or socks if you easily get chilled, and you may wish to bring a notebook and water. Please bring a journal if you wish to write down your experience.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to wrap up any registration and to get comfortable. We accept cash, credit, visa-debit, and e-transfer. All registration and payments must be completed before the session begins. Any deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
